Our target

We design and test toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is a target we work to. We do not claim that every page or document meets it.

What we have built in

Pages use headings in order, labelled form fields and visible focus indicators.

Text and background colours are chosen for readable contrast.

Error messages say what went wrong and how to fix it.

Motion is reduced for people who turn off animation in their device settings.

The site and the client portal work on phones and desktop screens without sideways scrolling.

Keyboard users can move through tabs, menus and the editor's preview controls.

Known limitations

Third-party pages, including payment pages provided by Stripe, are subject to those providers' own accessibility work.

Some client-supplied files, such as PDFs and images, may not yet be fully accessible. Ask us if you need another format.

Some older content may not yet meet every guideline. We fix these as we find them.
