Payment terms
Simple payments: 50% to start and 50% at launch on most websites, and payment by phase on larger builds.

- 30% to start, 40% at design or prototype approval, 30% before launch. Multi-phase builds repeat this for each phase.
- Consulting retainers and support plans
- Billed monthly, in advance
- Deposits are credited toward the total project cost.
- Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
- Nothing goes live until the final payment clears.
- Handoff of code, accounts or ownership happens only after final payment.
- Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted and approved before work starts.
- 30 days of post-launch fixes are included. After that, a support plan applies.
